MANAGEMENT/TECHNICAL
TRAINEE PROGRAM
(M/T T- MTU)

Qualifications:
1. S1 or D3 Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electronic with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 Scale.
2. Have good health condition
3. An energetic, enthusiastic, and committed person with high integrity and good interpersonal skills
4. Keen to learn and work with diesel engines and enjoy challenges
5. Eager to attend all training programs conducted in class; workshop and fields (on the job training) located throughout Indonesia regions.
6. Sufficient spoken & written English
7. Passed selection test (interview; written test; psycho test and medical test).

Selected candidates will undergo a one year comprehensive training through all departments and operational activities within MTU Indonesia organization.

Upon completing this program, successful candidates will be appointed as an employee in the Service/Sales/Parts Department within PT. MTU Indonesia organization.

Kualifikasi umum:
Pendidikan
-Posisi (OP) minimal D3 Teknik Mekanik/Elektro/Kimia (min.IPK 2,75)
-Posisi (QA) minimal SMK jurusan Kimia (nilai rata-rata 7) atau D3 Teknik Kimia/Teknologi Pangan (min. IPK 2,75)
Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi hubungan interpersonal yang baik dan mampu bekerjasana dalam team.
Tanggungjawab, jujur, disiplin, teliti dan mau bekerja keras
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (MS Word, Excell)
Menguasai bahasa Inggris suatu nilai tambah
Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift (3 shift)
