A. Maintenance Engineer
Degree in mechanical/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering or Equivalent (D3,D4, S1), Having Knowledge and experience in agricultural material processing or mechanical and/or electrical control system is highly preferable.
Position Overview:
a. Identify and analyze potential problem
b. Perform routine daily maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs for all manufacturing equipments to ensure that the equipment are performing at optimum levels.
c. Responsible for mean-time-beetwen-failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), overall equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and meeting all defined production target and quality standards.
B. Production Technician
Associate Degree (D3) in engineering, Having knowledge and experience with mechanical and/or electrical control system is highly preferable.
Position Overview:
a. Perform daily start up, oprating, monitoring, tuning and routine preventative maintenance on the assigned equipment in order to ensure machine operation.
b. Propose equipment maintenance, upgrades and modifications to improve safety and productivity.
c. Responsible for downtime, material productivity, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and meeting all defined production target and standards.
C. Process Control Inspector
Associate Degree (D3) in engineering.
Position Overview:
a. Inspect and measures product to verify conformance to specifications
b. Perform routine maintenance fuction such as instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting.
c. Determine routine maintenance fuction such as instrumentation calibration and troubleshooting
d. Responsible for product quality index as outlined in the quality standards.
