Management Trainee - Diploma Degree

Responsibilities:
Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience.
Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
Work in different departments to gain perspective
Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.
Attend periodic evaluations and Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.
Evaluate work output and help set Work Instructions and policies
Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
Requirements:
An Active and Enthusiastic individual with max of age 26 years old
Hold Diploma degree with minimum GPA 2,75. Majoring in Logistic, Engineering, Finance and Accounting are preferred
Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years experiences are welcome to apply
He/She must be an adaptable person, have a good analytical thinking, and capable of working well with others.
A Management Trainee should be prepared to work in a variety of situations. Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment is a must
Not only Travel and time away from home, Management Trainees may also be available to be relocated in any branches and sites throughout the countries (including our jobsite outside Java)
Have a significant organizational experience and excellent communication skills, are very helpful to be success in this position
