1. Continuation for Manager-Production
- Coordinate activities with other sections to ensure smooth operations, including with QA for accomplishment of testing / inspection.

- Good understanding of good manufacturing practice (i.e. TQM, QMS, TPM)
- Specific knowledge in Quality Processes, manufacturing equipments
- Willingness to be placed in Karawang Timur

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop objectives, policies and standards of the production section.
- Review production programs pack provided by planning section, establish production schedules, action plan as the assignment guidelines.
- Distribute and brief work assignment to supervisors based on production process.
- Control allocation and use of personnel to ensure fulfillment of production schedules at an efficient cost.
- Oversee production activities and ensure volume and quality. Evaluate production progress to ensure problems are solved and corrective actions are taken promptly.


3. Product - Engineering ( PE )
Qualification:
- Min D3 in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in Production Engineer
- Able to operate computer applications
- Able to communicate in English
- Willingness to be placed in Karawang Timur ( shuttle bus provided )

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the plant & estate layout, update whenever required;
- Plan, procure & install facilities for Spare Warehouse, Stores;
- Plan, procure & install material handling facilities such as trolleys, bins, crates required for new product, upgrades & during ECR/ECO changes.
- Support Engine assembly facility installation, trouble shooting & standards preparation

4. Service - Engineer ( SE)
Qualification :
- Min D3 in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in automotive industry
- Age 27 - 33
- Able to operate computer applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Result and Customer Oriented
- Strong interest in motorcycle

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Service Network (Regional Distribution, Dealer, POS)
- Provide the appropriate solution on the service problem
- Coordinate to the dealer technician within the service area
- Control and monitor the after sales program

5. Development - Engineer ( DE)
Qualification

Roles & Responsibility
- Metallurgical evaluation/ examination of metals, heat treated parts, plastic, rubbers painted and plated parts
- Failure analysis of materials

- Validation & audit of spl processes ( heat treatment, painting, plating, welding etc)
- Test equipment- facility section and maintenance


7. Graphic Design - Engineer (GDE)
Qualification :

APPLICATION ENGINEER
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
• D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
• Male or Female, Max. 30 years old
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply or having a year experience as sales engineer for
mechanical product.
• Able to work with minimum supervise
• Self motivated person
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Have driving license
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to learn.

The successful candidates will support our sales engineer, as below:
• Preparing price list
• Techno commercial quotations
• Keep a track of stock levels also handle stock of products.
• Studying customer enquiry documents (specifications select the correct product for the required
application
• Also support the sales team for product presentation.
• The successful candidate will also require to liaise with the vendor/suppliers and negotiate with
them.
• Not only administrative work but also ready to handle on hand job.

PRODUCT ENGINEER (Code:PE)
The position requires extensive competency in conceptual & detailed process engineering design (specification, calculation and datasheet)
• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, be fluent in written and spoken English language
• Minimum 3 years experience as engineer in pump industry or rotating equipment, or in EPC
company,
• Has experience in fire pumps would be advantage
• Experience in detailed design engineering of pump production. It shall include design of fire pump
also the system (included but not only prepare and technical specifications).
• Familiar with solid work, auto cad 2D and 3 D

SERVICE ENGINEER
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
• D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Min. Experience 3 years in commissioning and start-up pump or compressor or valve.
• Able to work with minimum supervise
• Self motivated person
• Computer literate
• Positions available to be placed in Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Jakarta (Please put on your

• Ready to mobile on site
• Good knowledge in English
• Have driving license A or C
The successful candidates will handle commissioning, start-up and service pump and valves, not
only on workshop but also ready to site mobile.
• Responsible to support product under warranty period,
• Commissioning and site intervention.
• Project completion and support product under warranty period.
• Will be traveled a lot.

SALES ENGINEER
Job Requirements:
• D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mining/Industrial Engineering.
• Male or female, Max. 35 years old.
• Min. Experience 2 years as sales engineer for mechanical product.
• Able to work with minimum supervise
• Self motivated person
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Have driving license A or C
• Have good customer networking in various industry.
• Not only administrative work but also ready to handle on hand job.
• Positions available to be placed in Palembang, Bontang, Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan,
